Independent public enterprise under the Ministry of Climate Energy and Building Established by virtue of the Danish Act on Energinet.dk of December 14th 2004 Approx. 600 employees, most of whom work in Erritsø and Ballerup The consumers contribute to our activities via tariffs on their electricity and gas bills Our finances must break even, i.e. we are not meant to create a profit. Anholt offshore Windfarm
Energy Policy Agreement of February 12th 2008: a new offshore Windfarm of 400 MW capacity between the island of Anholt and Djursland Instruction for Energinet.dk on October 30th 2008 Grid Connection must be in operation August 1st 2012 Liability on delay. Dok /09_v3
