2. HVAC Tune-Ups
A/C system tune-up is available March through May
Heating system tune-up is available September through November
Cost is $75 for each seasonal tune-up
An American Home Shield-approved service contractor will perform the A/C and heating system tune-ups
Buyers can schedule their tune-up by calling or logging into MyAccount at ahs.com/my-account
