Color coding is as follows: green, weak transcription; yellow and orange, enhancer; red, promoter; blue, insulator; gray, repressed. RNA Pol II ChIA-PET data from MCF7 cells are represented as a grayscale bar; darker regions indicate more frequent interactions.
