4. LIBRARY

This is an overview of the current capital plan – these are the projects UTC is actively seeking money to fund. The current capital plan includes the housing and parking garage on Vine Street, the State Building (which was gifted to UTC- we will do minimal renovations), the Maclellan gym, Guerry, McKenzie, Lupton and Holt remodels, the Health Sciences building and the Engel Intramural complex.

9. VINE STREET HOUSING
This is the proposed new UTC housing on Vine Street. It will feature a parking garage underneath. The orientation of this building was changed to help support community development along Vine Street.
