6. Professor & Instructor Main Menu Select the course for which you would like to add a student.

7. Instructor/Professor Course Menu Select the link entitled “Add a Student”.

8. Instructor/Professor Add Student Enter the student name and social security number, then select the student’s classification and major. After addition of the student the user has the option to view the course roster.

13. Professor & Instructor Main Menu Select the course for which you would like to view the course roster.

14. Instructor/Professor Course Menu Select the link entitled “View Course Roster”.

15. View Course Roster Displays a list of students registered in the system for that course. User has the option to either add or delete a student from this page.

22. Add Grade User selects the name from the drop-down box, enters the new grade and selects the grade category.

28. Chair Course Menu Select the link entitled “View Statistical Report”.

29. View Statistical Report Displays an overall average for the course selected, and also an average for each grade category associated with that course. The user also has the option to archive the statistical report.
