3. WHAT IS LONELINESS?
• Loneliness is a separation anxiety brought on by the feelings of being disconnected, out of touch; it is a lost of intimacy or belonging, feeling abandoned, ostracized (exclude from society or group ) and isolated.

4. WHY WE NEED TO BEAT LONELINESS?
1. In 2004, the United States Department of Justice published a study indicating that loneliness increase suicide rates profoundly among juveniles, with 62% of all suicides that occurred within juvenile facilities being among these who either - were, at the time of suicide in solitary confinement.

5. WHY WE NEED TO BEAT LONELINESS?
2. PHYSICAL HEALTH. Chronic loneliness can be serious, life threatening health condition, increased risk of stroke, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity.

Loneliness caused by medical / health issues.

1. LONELINESS CAUSED BY MEDICAL /HEALTH ISSUES.
Example : Barren woman, soldier loosing arm and feet during war, or you have been told that you have a stage 4 cancer and only only one month to live

2. LONELINESS CAUSED BY RELATIONAL ISSUES.
Matthew 10 :37 (ESV) Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me .

Hosea 3:1-2 (ESV) And the LORD said to me, "Go again, love a woman who is loved by another man and is an adulteress, even as the LORD loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love cakes and raisins. " 2 So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a lethech of barley.

11. MY PERSONAL ADVISE
1. Start building bridges not walls.
2. Try to be friends with Godly peoples.
3. Learn to empathize with other's peoples need.
