36. Reasons for Secondary Version
Minnesota Carl Perkins requires alignment of secondary and post secondary institutions and the development of ONE plan that spans grades.
Career Development is a vital part of each of these plans.
Program of Study is REQUIRED of each of the consortiums.
Randy: Hope to run test in May and provide training in summer/fall
