List the three most important problems of customers to which your company provides a solution. EXISTING ALTERNATIVES How do customers solve the problems at present? Solution Briefly state the key features of your company’s solution. Unique value proposition State why your company’s product/service is different from others and what value you produce for customers. HIGH-LEVEL CONCEPT Give an example of company X and Y For example, YouTube is Flickr for videos or LinkedIn is Facebook for working life Unfair advantage State why the product/service cannot be easily copied or purchased. Customer segments List the key target groups. EARLY ADOPTERS Describe your ideal customer. Key metrics List the key metrics based on which company operations are assessed. Channels State the channels through which customers are reached. Cost structure The cost structure describes where the fixed and variable costs of the service or product come from.
