FAQ´s Can we mix multiple editions of UDP Socket-based licenses? Yes. This is supported. For example, UDP Standard Per-Socket can be used together with UDP Premium Per-Socket on the same Console. I have purchased terabyte-based licensing for my primary site. Can I use the same license to protect some additional servers on our remote site? Yes, as long as the licensed capacity is not exceeded. Can we mix multiple editions of UDP Capacity-based licenses? Mixing multiple Managed Capacity editions in the same UDP Console is not supported. Can we mix Socket-based licenses and Managed Capacity (per-Terabyte) licensing? FAQ´s What will happen when the hosted udp archiving run out of space? -> The space is dedicated to the customer. We alert at 80%, and continue including a call to customer at 90%. Partner Appliance Demo Unit Program

Program overview The appliance special purchase program is for resellers who want to purchase demo units at a reduced cost with the ability to resell these units later. The terms and conditions of the Appliance Demo Unit Purchase Program are as follows: One demo appliance unit per partner per twelve months. Partner must retain the unit for a minimum of three months. Partner must purchase Demo unit with 1 year Maintenance (Gold or Platinum, as per partner’s choice) Platinum Plus Maintenance option is not applicable Partner must change and sell new maintenance when selling to end-users. Transfer of ownership must occur when partner sells Demo unit to end-user.
