Steve Jobs was introduced to computers at an early age and was inspired by his father who was a machinist. It was then, during his early years, that he became interested in developing technology In 1976, Jobs and his partner started working in the garage on computers and creating technology The first marketed computer sold for each and earned the business 774,00 dollars. HOW LONG WAS HE IN POWER Steve Jobs was in power at the start of 1976 until he died in 2011 at the age of fifty-six It is important to note that Jobs term in the Apple industry was a complicated one He was forced out of the company in 1985 and returned back in 1997, this is known as Steve Jobs(ing) When he returned, his invented: IPhone, IPad, and MACbook When he left he purchased an animated company later known as Pixar

Steve Jobs instilled faith and trust in his followers He thrived off creating an environment that fostered: teamwork, collaboration and innovation Jobs valued a healthy relationship and looked towards his followers for ideas and new concepts RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADER AND FOLLOWERS

Technology is nothing. What's important is that you have a faith in people, that they're basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they'll do wonderful things with them.

THE EVENT Steve Jobs first invented Apple in 1976 in his garage with his partner but the product soared after the first invention of Apple 1 When Apple 11 was released three years later sales increased 700% to 139 million dollars

Steve left Apple in 1985 as a result of a controversial issues When he left He pursued interests in an animated company known as Pixar Invested money into big movies such as: Finding Nemo and Toy Story 2006 was the largest stockholder in Disney When he returned He jump started Apple back into what it is known for today Introduced and invented concepts such as: MACbook, IPad and IPhone

LEADERSHIP STYLE STEVE JOBS HAD A VISION FOR THE COMPANY AND CLEAR GOALS HE INSTILLED PASSION FOR APPLE PRODUCTS AND WAS CONSTANTLY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS, EMPLOYEES TRUSTED JOBS BECAUSE OF HIS COMPETENCE IN MANY AREAS TIME AND TIME AGAIN JOBS WAS DRIVEN BY A GOAL NOT BY SELF INTEREST, ALLOWING FOLLOWERS TO TRUST HIM
