Social Styles Does my staff have trouble dealing with certain clients? The Social Styles Lunch and Learn is foundational to the sales process training, as it is referred back to throughout the Components of a Great Sale. This module reviews Merrille and Reid’s Social Styles and how people communicate with others, goes through a series of questions that tell you what kind of style you are, gives you tips to recognize your other’s styles, and gives you tips on how to adapt to them.
