2 OBJECTIVE: This practical exercise (PE) is designed to evaluate your ability to Process Personnel Strength Accountability Updates. MATERIALS NEEDED: 1. AR 2. Scratch paper 3. Pencil 4. eMILPO Training Database 5. THE Electronic Military Personnel Office Field Users’s Guide (FUG) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Ensure your name, social security number (SSN), and class number are on the answer booklet. 2. This PE contains two parts. Part I consists of ten multiple-choice questions worth 5 points each. Part II consists of situations requiring students to complete transactions with a series of questions to answer once transactions are completed. The questions based on the situations are worth 5 points each; transactions must be completed to answer questions correctly. You must obtain a passing score of 70% to complete this exercise. Check to ensure all questions and situations are present in this document. Request instructor assistance if you have any questions. You will have 100 minutes to complete this exercise. 3. Each question has only one correct answer. Make all responses clear and legible in the answer sheet. Ensure the question number in the practical exercise document corresponds to the question number on the answer sheet. Read each question carefully, but move on so you may answer all questions in the time allotted. If you make a mistake or if you have to change an answer on the answer sheet, erase completely and then mark your correct answer. 4. ALL WORK ON THIS EXERCISE MUST BE YOUR OWN.
