D2 Goals – Win a ‘ship, increase our level of play (penalties), focus on micro-level goals, better decision on points, not talking to the ref, cross training on key positions, not drop down a player, positive, foundation up, build each other up, team cohesion (Create and Nurture), team events non rugby related w/ the boys and making noise, solid touch schedule (non t/th), Monday touch every two weeks, option gym sessions, off the field fundraiser ideas,
Dues include gym membership
D4 Goals – don’t forfeit any matches. Minimal D2 need. Have everyone be able to be fit enough to play 80 minutes.
