2 What costs are involved?
The State’s Cost 1 hour paid webinar: $10 per campaign code used* 2 hour paid webinar series: $20 per campaign code used* *Campaign code is used to zero out the price for the attendee when adding it to their Education History on crs.com NOTE: You may hold multiple viewing parties with one webinar. Each viewing party will require a new campaign code.

3 Where to start? Email community@crs.com: Exact title of the webinar
Date of your event Name of person who’s account will be accessed to view the webinar Make sure the State President and Finance Leader is copied on the

4 What is the next step? Steps will be ed to you on how to access the webinar your state purchased A campaign code will be ed to you to distribute to your attendees that want credit for the CRS Designation Maintenance and who would also like access to watch the webinar again. 24 hours after your event RRC will invoice the State $10 or $20 for each attendee that used the campaign code.

Identify a location that will accommodate the size of your group Make sure the location has this equipment available: Internet access LCD Projector/Screen or TV Find Sponsors Promote via: Social Media Flyers

1. Go to CRS.com 2. Click on Login 3. Click on My Dashboard 4. Click on Education History

8 View the webinar In the example below you would click on “Turning Instagram into Money Recording”

9 How do your attendees receive designation maintenance credit?
them the link to the webinar registration page and campaign code They will click on the register button They will be prompted to login (members) or create a new account (non members) Put in the campaign code within 24 hours of the event Click on My Dashboard Click on Education History Click on the webinar Click on RRC Webinar Affidavit

10 Check the 3 Boxes and Enter your initials and click on Submit

Test the webinar link a day before the viewing party and report any problems Have login information of the person’s account that the webinar was given to Get to the location early to setup and test Provide steps to attendees to obtain designation maintenance credit(s) for this webinar* *Webinar will remain in attendee’s (that used the Campaign Code) Education History for them to access the recording and any materials.
