1 COMMON CUSTOMER QUERIES – AND HOW TO RESPOND
We can’t predict every question your customer may have, but for some of the more common ones, we’ve put together some responses that can ease their concerns and help advance your sale. Read on to see them all. Q: Why should I upgrade? Windows 7 works fine. Windows 7 has been a great Operating System, but it’s reaching the end of life. The most pressing problem will be the end of security updates, which will leave your critical systems at risk. What’s more, as time moves on, less and less software will be designed with Windows 7 in mind. Q: Should I keep my current devices and just install Windows 10? You certainly can do that. But the fact is, a modern HP device running Windows 10 Pro will give you so much more, while also being more reliable and efficient, than an older device that was designed for Windows 7. If your devices weren’t at the very top end when you purchased them, it’s probably time to upgrade. A: A: Q: Can I install an enhanced security package for Windows 7? You can! We have options for that, and it could be useful if your business has critical services that won’t easily transfer to Windows 10. But in the majority of cases, it’ll be easier and cheaper to upgrade to Windows 10. Q: How long will Windows 10 last? A: A: It’s impossible to say, but Windows 10 has been designed from the outset to be the ‘definitive’ Windows. That means it gets regular updates and changes to keep it current. This model means it might not ever be replaced. Q: What are the advantages of upgrading my devices? Modern HP devices use less energy, work faster and are designed to last longer. Although the up-front cost of new devices might seem like a stumbling block, over their lifespan, they’ll actually save you money as opposed to paying to upgrade your old devices to Windows 10, then replacing them in a couple of years. Q: I can’t afford to upgrade my devices A: A: No problem. We offer a range of flexible finance plans to spread the cost, so you can get the devices you need without overstretching your budgets. T E.
