Proliferation of TA3-Ha and TA3-St cells in vitro and in vivo. A, TA3-Ha ( ) and TA3-St ( ) cells (1 × 105) were inoculated and cultured in RPMI 1640 supplemented with 10% FCS. After 3, 5, 7, and 10 days, the cell numbers were determined.
