2 Woman Sexually Assaulted by Brock Turner Reveals Her Identity
In 2015, ‘Emily Doe’ was sexually assaulted after a party at Stanford University. Her attacker, Brock Turner, was caught by two students who witnessed the attack. In 2016, Turner was tried and convicted of three counts of felony sexual assault. According to sentencing guidelines, Turner could have faced up to 14 years in federal prison. However, that was not the case. The presiding judge, Judge Aaron Persky, sentenced Turner to a mere 6-months in county jail. He was released after having served only 3-months. In 2018, outraged voters successfully recalled Judge Aaron Persky. ‘Emily Doe,’ having lived in anonymity all of those years, has revealed her identify. Her name is Chanel Miller.
