A: Detection of insulin aspart and insulin lispro by the Iso-insulin ELISA method. Insulin aspart and lispro from commercial insulin vials were diluted in phosphate buffer containing 0.1% albumin to 18, 60, and 600 pmol/l. As human insulin, the human standard of the kit was used.
