2. How much are work are you willing to put in?

3. What type of Coach are we looking for?

4. Indoor Training (Nov-May)
Teams will start training in November (training nights TBD)
Will typically train 1-2 times per week*
Up to the team and coach to choose whether they join the ASC Competitive Indoor League
Teams may play friendly matches throughout the winter
Training sessions will be held at the Redeemer Soccer Dome or school gyms
*Based on coach with approval from Technical Director

5. Outdoor Training (May-Sept)
Teams will start training outdoor in May (pending the City or School Board opening the fields)
Will typically train 2 times per week
Teams may play friendly matches throughout the spring
All teams have the chance to enter tournaments of their choice*
Titan teams typically play Tier 1 District
Thunder teams typically play Tier 2 District
Titan teams typically choose to enter the Ontario Cup (based on coach)
*Based on coach with approval from the Technical Director

6. All coaches are observed and mentored throughout the year (minimum of 1 session and 1 game)
Coaches will reflect on their development through informal discussions and personal reflections
All coaches are supported throughout their coach development journey

7. Competitive Program Costs
What's Included:
Summer training and game fields
Uniform (Home and Away jersey, shorts, socks, ball, training kit)- Items to be confirmed by BOD
League registration fee and insurance
Ontario Soccer Registration fee and insurance
What’s not Included:
Winter training and indoor league
Tournaments (indoor and outdoor)
Exhibition Game fees & Match official fees
Any extra uniform items
Team Bond
Total Club Fee= $600.00
