11 STDDS - TAIS Service Description Service Interface Message Sets
STDDS is a SWIM program developed to provide terminal airspace information to a wide variety of consumers in a SWIM-compliant manner. The main function of TAIS is to republish STARS information Service Interface Publish/Subscribe via JMS Message Sets Message Name Description Terminal Automation Status Provides the status of STARS sites sent periodically (nominally every 60 seconds) and upon change of any published fields received from STARS. Terminal Automation Track and Flight Plan Data A package of track and flight plan data. Only track data with altitude below an adaptable threshold (nominally 18000ft) is published. These messages may be enhanced with SWIM Flight Data Publication Service (SFDPS) flight plan data Terminal Automation Raw The full, unparsed base64 encoded contents of a STARS (Applications Interface Gateway) AIG message as an XML-wrapped string. Message includes AR – Alert Data (AIG300 message), SI – SISO Event (AIG500 message), IR – IMC Status (AIG502 message), CR – Traffic Count Data (AIG510 message), PR – Performance Monitoring Data (AIG700 message)
