Motion for Approval
In order to comply with FCA Rules we need to have a formal vote on the following Proposal:
The Model Rules for a Supporters Trust (based on SD Model 2012) and a formal merging of the FCA entities BRSIT & BRSS is proposed.
This means that the Rovers Trust will operate as a single entity CBS within the FCA with a single year end of 30th June each year. This will not change until there is a need for the Trust to engage with the Club as potential full or part owners.
