3 Fig 2 On cut section, the cyst measured 2.5 × 2.5 cm, and was located in the central portion of the thymus (arrowheads). The cyst showed multiloculated cavities with thick and gray walls, and was filled with turbid yellow fluid. There were some smaller cysts (arrows) around the main lesion.
