Select “Best Wishes of the Season,” then hit Delete
Right click on the slide Background or the thumbnail at the left
Click on the Reset option. This will cause the pre-animated text placeholder to appear. Type in your sentiment and change the font if desired (just remember, if you use a font that is not “web safe,” i.e., typically found all PCs and Macs, that font might not “carry” from your computer to someone else’s computer.
To preserve a non-web safe font, do one of the following:
Convert your PowerPoint slide to a video by going to File > Save and Send > Create a Video (easiest)
Covert the text to a picture with these steps: a. Duplicate the sentiment that you created b. Cut the “new” sentiment c. Go to Home Tab > Paste > Paste Special > PNG d. Animate the new PNG image the exact same as the “old” text: Animation – Fade; Start- With Previous; Duration-2.25; Delay e. Delete the old text and reposition your new image
