Problem Shooting and killing of innocent lives by police officers
Racial profiling and stereotyping Police are to help and protect people, not shoot them based on their race to kill Officer did not know what the right course of action was and the officer thought it was the right thing to do, but it wasn’t

Solution Talk to police officers and work together with each other in communities If a victim: Talk and communicate more effectively Obey all of the officers requests If a police officer: Be more patient when confronting suspects Allow suspects to explain their side of the story Train for racial bias to handle this kind situations better Using these can help people feel less scared of the police Using these police can connect to their community and they feel protected
