4 stations assisted with NCS Widespread severe weather, including coastal flooding and tornadoes Most significant event for Pinellas was coastal flooding and Pass a Grille tornado.

Pass a Grille tornado 8:14pm: Tornado Warning
8:21pm: Tornado touch-down 8:23pm: W4GRJ reports damage 8:25pm: Report relayed to NWS, and tornado lifts. Additional follow-up reports are relayed to NWS of roofs torn off and power lines down. 8:35pm: 911 and media receive/relay the report. Top unit of tourist rental building destroyed and multiple injuries

2012 remarks Participation slightly lower in some respects
Fewer volunteer hours. Activated for all events! More reports relayed to NWS Higher number of nets with reports Higher number of total check-ins. We made QST!!
