Problem Statement Approximately 67% of total death in a year are from Non-communicable diseases Non-communicable Diseases Cardiovascular Attacks Kidney Failure Hypoglycemia Respiratory Attacks Asthma Attacks Brain Strokes Hypertensive Strokes Acute Renal Failure

We do, as good as, have specialized doctors, sufficient hospitals, modern equipment. Yet a good number of patients die unexpectedly before taking them to the nearby hospitals. Why? Is it because of unexpected delaying of ambulance services? Let’s see whether commoners think that the delaying of ambulances has any impact on these deaths.
3
After conducting two surveys, what we found: 92.1% people surveyed think that the late arrival of ambulance is responsible for most of the unexpected deaths of morbid patients. Around 44.6% people surveyed faced at least one situation in which they had to call for a ambulance In almost 75% cases, where patients had to be taken to hospitals by ambulance, the condition of the patient deteriorated while in ambulance.
4
Most of the people surveyed who needed ambulance were not at all satisfied with the time ambulances took to reach the patient.
5
People need a service which can: Immediately respond to the morbid patients Immediately respond to their utmost emergencies with good faith Respond to their health hazards, which are minor initially and in which cases, people cannot go to hospital immediately
6
We need to start a service, which will respond to the emergency situations of patients to provide them sufficient life support until they are taken under the shade of proper treatment; thus reducing the risk of unexpected deaths. We will initiate the AmbuCycle Service, which means a motorcycle with the basic equipment of an ambulance carrying a trained volunteer (nurse, medical or paramedical officer and volunteer) will respond to the emergency situation of any patient within 5 to 10 minutes.

Things we will be giving the uttermost importance: Our immediate response will be faster than any other emergency service provider We will use medicines which are of less side effects and are approved safe We will use best quality and appropriate equipment We will provide life support until the arrival of ambulance, but, our objective is not the full treatment of very serious patients Our personnel will be 100 percent certified Our focus will be only on providing emergency medical services

Dial 987 Inform whether you Need an ambulance Respondent will write down the address An assistant will in real time contact with any nearby ambulance service provider Specify your problem Our man will be On his way Only if ambulance Is needed
