Separate into Teams Review of scenarios Each team chooses a scenario Review Instruction Sheet Each team chooses a scribe, reporter, & timekeeper Teams have about 10 minutes to complete tasks Questions & Go!

Team Tasks Decide WHAT needs to be done regarding Monday’s new issues
Determine WHO will do each task Using the blank weekly calendar sheet, show WHEN each of your tasks is scheduled to be completed Refer to the sample calendar sheet Be creative

Report Out Team spokesperson comes to front of room
Explains completed calendar sheet (3 mins) Will determine how many teams will report out depending on the number of groups and the time available

What Just Happened? Review themes & composite of what was heard when teams reported on their completed calendars
