Product development Whole grain production, availability and intake in Indonesia (including how to collect the data and assessment). Please include our local grain in our discussion Innovation and/or development of food products containing whole grains (taste vs health benefit) for healthy people and food for special dietary uses and food for special medical purposes

1st strategy: Product development? Innovation?? Technology?? Innovation without technology how to encourage industry to produce product from the indigenous whole grain 2nd strategy: Creating demand within the consumer Increase their awareness Who have to start? How disseminate the message Infrastructure: POSYANDU (can be the centre for dissemination)
