Welcome everyone to the HyQuest Solutions 2019 UGM – 2 years since our last UGM. I would also like to welcome our overseas attendees making the commitment to come along – Greg Pearce from Adelaide – Port of Flinders – and of course our KISTERS colleagues Peter Heweston and Mike Lysaght.
Firstly thankyou all for your continued support and we hope the next couple of days is going to be interesting.
As always we hope to try and make the UGM interactive, as it is all about sharing our experiences and learning from one another.
So firstly thankyou to all those that have contributed to the event – in particular our external presenters and the KISTERS team coming across from Aussie.
From a HS perspective it has been a busy couple of years with plenty of change and challengers. Mikes retirement, R&D development and broadening what HS offers to the NZ market while trying to maintain BAU.

KISTERS business unit structure – is diversifying the HSNZ business
KISTERS presence in NZ/Australia is strengthening now have approx. 5 offices and employ approx. 35 staff
Diversifying – software and hardware – representing BU water products in NZ, creating more global opportunities…
So that said we have a full agenda – breaks will need to be managed to ensure we keep to time. Dinner will be hosted upstairs etc…
