Increased growth factor receptor expression in lungs and tumors of hypoxic mice. Lysates from lungs obtained from urethane-treated mice exposed to normoxia or hypoxia and tumors from normoxic and hypoxic mice were analyzed for growth factor receptor expression by Western blotting. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
