3. Get out your ONE subject SPIRAL journal.

Get out your ONE subject SPIRAL journal.
Write your name in marker on the outside cover and the inside of the front cover. (If you have a dark colored journal, ask me for a sticker and write your name in pen).
On your first page title it, Journal Writing Rules
write the following rules- skip lines.
Only write on ONE side of the pages.
NEVER tear pages out of the journal.
Number every page as you go.
Always write the date and focus at the top of each page.
Just keep writing!
