Buccaneers SAIL Safe Accountable In Control Lead by Example

Today we are going to get caught up with some important information.
First of all, great job to our students who are consistently dedicated to learning! Next, we want to congratulate all of our athletes for their dedication to their sports. Stay safe and healthy; we are proud of you! As of Thursday morning, we have already had 350 ICU assignments completed! That means that students have worked with teachers and lifeguards 350 times to get their assignments completed! Keep up the dedication, you are the best students we could hope to have!

Can you believe that next week is our 1st Quarter Midterm?
Wow that seems crazy! Midterm is Sept 13; that means we will officially have completed 1/8 of the school year! Keep checking your LiveGrades! Talk with your teachers and lifeguards about what you need to complete assignments and prove you are learning the standards!

Lunches have been settling into a routine!

Clubs – still waiting on some clubs to be formed
We haven’t forgotten about clubs! We are still waiting on some teachers to decide on what clubs they want to run. As soon as we get all of the info, we will give you a chance to sign up for a cool club!

Can you solve this 30 second mystery?
The case: A young girl is abandoned by her family. She befriends a group of social outcasts and decides to live with them. Once her family finds out where she is, they hire someone to poison her. The girl slips into a coma, but does not die. The mystery: What is the girl’s nickname and how does she survive the poisoning? Clues on the next slide!

Mystery #2 The case: A man and his family live in a large city. They neither own a house nor pay rent. As long as the family qualifies, they are allowed to live in housing subsidized by the government. The mystery: Who is the family and where do they live?

Clues… The house is in the United States. The house is huge.
The family that lives in the house changes at least once a decade. Sometimes the family has children, sometimes it doesn’t. One family member works for the government and is famous. The family lives in the nation’s capital.
