Data should be accurate Concise Clearly defined data variables and sources

Reporting the Data Reporting the data is the “accountability” and “action” part of the process Create meaning out of data Make the data work for you and your unit.

What is obvious in the date? Ambiguous? What recommendations/actions would you make based on the analysis of assessment data? - Take a position/make a decision.
