The expenditure statement should be scans of your leadership course invoices, not a breakdown of your expenditure (you did that on Slide 17)
For any foreign expenditure, we need to see the bank statement with the GBP transaction. Include this in the expenditure statement.
Travel and accommodation: we can reimburse this, but you have to use the expenses claim form for this. The claim form and Expenses Policy can be found here:
