Possible way forward: agree that SG F will continue and, if SG2 Option 1 is adopted, adjust the mandate and points of guidance for SG F accordingly

7. Yellow light (3) SG H (Telecommunications Management)
Continuation as a separate SG is not contested
Two proposals may affect the complete work programme of SG H, if SG 2 Option 1 is adopted (Docs 40 + Cor.1; 58)
Possible way forward: agree to create SG H and adjust its work programme as needed depending on the SG2 Option decisions.

8. Red Light (1) SG J: Mobile Telecommunications Network
All contributions but one support keeping mobility studies in a separate SG
C62 (Senegal) supports merger of mobility study with NGN SG
Possible compromise: separate SG but collocated meetings with NGN SG
