MSDS- The Rationale Service Delivery in Education sector has recently witnessed a lot of measurable improvements MSDS have the potential to build on the solid work done under the PESRP and other sectoral interventions Could pave the way to achieving the MDGs 2 & 3 Provide a framework to assess the systemic weaknesses and enable to remove them methodically Bring in the vital elements of evidence-based planning & client focus; thereby fulfilling the demands of Good Governance Flow of funds could be linked to them in the future

MSDS- The MATRIX The MSDS- Matrix constitutes the operative part of the Report. It comprises 3 Types of Indicators: Inputs, Processes & Outputs/ Outcomes The elements/components of the MSDS- Matrix give evidence that the all the Dimensions of Good Governance are reasonably covered
