Welcome to our Club
Thank you for your interest in Brierwood Country Club as a potential site for the upcoming Golf Outing you are planning. We are very excited about the opportunity to host your tournament here.
The club was established in 1958 and built in Bethlehem Management along with course architects Gordon and Gordon constructed this 18 hole, 7061 yard championship layout.
Our beautiful Clubhouse has a variety of rooms to accommodate groups of any size and offers the perfect spot for your awards reception and banquet. Our experienced culinary team will create a menu to suit your needs while our outing staff guides you through from the first drive to the last putt.
Enclosed are golf outing guidelines and menus for you to review. We offer a number of food and beverage options, please keep in mind our flexibility to tailor a package to suit your needs in any capacity. We are available to answer any questions that you may have.

2. Golf Outing Guidelines
Brierwood Country Club would like to help make your golf tournament a success. Our standard for service is unparalleled and our professional staff is committed to personally assisting you with each and every aspect of your event.
Our tournament staff will assist you with all your Monday tournament details. The Golf Outing Rate Per Player is determined by time of year. Our Prime season is June - October.
Because we are a golf management company with 26 clubs all over the country, we are able to provide our tournaments with our CBIGG Replay card. That card adds double the value to your players as it gives them an additional round of golf for only a cart fee at any of our CBIGG clubs in their area. This is a great item to help boost golfer participation.

3. Golf Outing Guidelines
Deposit and Payment Information
A deposit based on the total function estimate is due with the signed contract.
Full payment of the tournament is due upon completion of the outing.
Attire
All players are expected to wear traditional golf attire. No denim jeans or cutoffs will be
permitted. Collared shirts are required. Golf Shoes or sneakers only will be permitted.
Reservation Policies
• All Food and Beverage must be provided by Brierwood Country Club.
• For groups less than 100 players, Brierwood may fill the additional spots with another group.
• Brierwood must be notified of all menu selections at least (2) weeks prior to the outing date.
• Pairings must be submitted 48 hours before the event.
• The final guaranteed number of participants for Food & Beverage must be submitted no later than (4) business days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum number charged on the date of the outing.

5. Accommodations
Brierwood Country Club would be honored to showcase your Golf Outing in our time honored tradition of elegance and impeccable service.
Experience crystal chandeliers, period furnishings, gilded mirrors, and our signature spiral staircase creating a breathtaking entrance for you and your guests.
Our Garden Room accommodates 200 people, along with the Dance floor at 80 people (All rooms connected).
Our Main Dining Room accommodates 120 people.
Our Patio accommodates 70 people.
Other rooms include our Lake Erie Room (50 people), our Niagara Room (60 people), our Directors Room (10 people), our Pavilion (60 people/ Outside 200 people), our Bowling Alley (60 people) and our Grille Room (80 people).

9. Beverages on the Course
On Course Liquor
There will be no open liquor permitted on the course due to NY State Liquor Law Regulations. Outings
who desire to serve Liquor on the course must obtain a 1 day permit from the Town of Hamburg. No
exceptions. Plus a $100 staffing fee for each beverage station located on the course.
Beverage Cart
Brierwood will provide one complimentary beverage cart for use at your event. Additional beverage
carts can be ordered at the expense of $200 for your event which will include a driver for each
additional beverage cart. All beverage carts must be driven by a Brierwood Country Club staff member. One volunteer may be a passenger if desired.
Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own beverages.
