2. So how does Audio Notetaker actually work?
First, recorded or imported audio is visualised phrase-by-phrase on screen as chunks. Usually, audio files are displayed as one long linear timeline, which is not easy to navigate. By showing the audio as chunks that break up each time the speaker pauses, the file becomes easy to navigate, edit and organise.
Colour highlight these audio chunks to show important information, tasks or things that you don’t understand. Later, you can extract information by colour, and export selections of information too.
Add text notes, reference material, summaries and transcriptions to further support your audio.
Import images, slides and PDF documents and arrange your audio alongside.
You can export your project as text documents, music files or videos, so you can revisit information in your chosen format.
