5. Supply lists
In an effort to offset the overall cost for student school supplies, I am requesting that each student in every class bring in the listed item(s) for their class period. The cost should be less than $5.00.  All supplies will be used in-class and will hopefully last for the entire school year.  Always submit your receipt with student name and number at the top. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated by ALL students and me.

9. Policies
I follow ALL school attendance, tardy, and uniform policies. Any students who is absent or leaves early will be given the opportunity to make-up class assignments. Students with an excessive amount of absences due to leaving early will be documented and administration will be notified. Miss a DAY… Miss an Opportunity!
