2. Games are fun and motivating is probably the best reason for coaches to adopt a games sense approach.
However there are a number of other great reasons for adopting this approach . These include ….
* students will learn to solve their own problems in games through tactical awareness and understanding

3. Having fun engages students it increases motivation levels and encourages further involvement .
It encourages simple modifications (easier & Harder) to accommodate varying ability Levels and maximises inclusion and challenge.
It assists the beginner coach who often lacks the technical knowledge of a sport setting challenges through games is a better approach than conducting technique based sessions that are based on unsound techniques due to lack of technical knowledge.

4. Group management is often easier if participants are having fun.
Teaching space equipment and time can be used more efficiently .
The Coach challenges students to find solutions rather than providing the answers.

5. The coach becomes more of a facilitator for students creating situations where students have to find solutions for themselves.
