11. Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program

12. Housing Integration Team
Purpose
Follow United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) recommendations to develop a systemic response through expanded partnerships, cross-system collaboration, and streamlined referral processes that extends the responsibility of addressing homelessness outside of the confines of the homelessness crisis response system
Develop collaborative and integrative efforts across DHHS to initiate a project aimed towards a united response to homelessness as established through transformation of DHHS policy and development of agency-wide systems that prioritize individuals’ housing needs
