JOST International works with companies like Stoughton Parts to distribute our landing gear, fifth wheels and components because we need a partner like Stoughton that will buy large volumes.
Stoughton parts will order and maintain inventory of multiple part numbers of JOST landing gear and 5th wheels to allow for shipments with short lead times.
JOST factories are set up on a make to order basis therefore this relationship is critical to properly support the aftermarket and the fleet customers using our product.

The full JOST product line is available through Stoughton Parts.
JOST offers a wide range of landing gear models to meet the needs of many different trailer applications, van and reefer trailers, flat beds, tank trailers and container chassis.
JOST landing gear models are available in standard applications, heavy duty, and several light weight options.
All JOST landing gear are produced on the same platform utilizing the same gear sets, hole patterns and shaft elevations. Therefore the entire line up of JOST landing gear models are interchangeable.
The added benefit is that they also use common service parts which will cut down on inventory requirements.

The L300 series is made in the USA using the same gear train and tube material as the other JOST landing gear.
The L300 has been developed to provide a competitive alternative to the offshore produced landing gear.
The L300 is available in an outside mount – L300, inside mount – L301 and a universal mount L300U.
The L300 is available in 14”, 17” and 19” travel options.
The L300 is available in multiple ground member options including standing “T” shoe, low profile “T1” shoe and cushion foot “G” Shoe

11. What is new with JOST landing gear?
JOST is producing more pre-finished sets of landing gear with brace lugs welded in place and a finished coating such as galvanizing or powder coated.
These pre-finished landing gear provides the aftermarket supplier with the opportunity to sell replacement legs ready to be installed at a higher value.

JOST B10285 replacement input shaft and the C10717 cushion foot repair kit are the top selling replacement parts.
