Co-produce activities and environment- EE Ethos of “doing with and not to “ Aim is for all residents to leave after 12 weeks with more skills than when they landed

Recovery Most residents have range of issues with offending behaviour just being the presenting problem A lot have adverse childhood experiences, addiction, mental health, been in care, homelessness etc The partnerships we have in place – Inspire (CGL) SUPPORT AA/ NA in the AP- abstinence CA Here and Now -12 step recovery Smart recovery Well being team

Recovery continued Peer led support- residents leading groups; using their skills- eg. Computer skills/classes, helping to read, carpentry IMO Personal development group co-produced ( Mh, Positive minds, footy, THOMAS, ace) Recovery community led activities –guitar lessons, Lancashire sports csi Employment support; Job centre (CAB, CVS, Ultima, FLT )

Resident representative –chosen at co-chaired resident meeting CVS –volunteering opportunities /courses Build A Life- renovating houses 6 hours purposeful activity per week- bespoke

Outcomes Outcome star- distance travelled
Residents reluctant to move on! Criminal justice; reduced recalls, more successful move on’s, residetns who have been recalled want to return Social and community; positive peer and supportive networks, carried on working with partnerships after move on- AA/NA/CA, reduced marginalisation Employment and Volunteering; gained employment, increased employability skills, certificates for volunteering. Health and wellbeing; reduced anxiety, reduced substance misuse, increased self worth, increased assertiveness, improved mental health
