9 Events in schools Time to talk Day
Following the conference many schools took part in the Time to Talk Day Some of the activities that went on in schools were… Mental Health Ambassadors delivered a stigma awareness assembly to other year groups Tea and Chat sessions in staff rooms Counselling rooms were decorated with TTC posters

10 Kingston Time to change hub
In 2018 Kingston became a Time to change hub, initially unfunded and now funded. At this event last year I met the TTC children's team and discussed links to our conference. This year we worked together on a joint conference. It was very well received, see below.

11 Evaluation from this years conference
102 students attended from 11 different secondary schools & 10 school staff 91% of students that attended said they either enjoyed or really enjoyed the conference overall. The students stated that they found the Time to Change and Champion (Cameron’s) talk the most useful part of the day. ‘The most useful part of the conference I feel was the information that the guest speakers gave us. It was informative, interesting, enjoyable and relatable especially hearing Cameron’s speech.’ ‘Listening to Cameron’s story was important to relate this to someone like us. His story was also inspiring.’ ‘Cameron talking and explaining about his life and experiences was really touching and gave insight into a first hand experience of a mental health disorder.’ ‘I think the most useful part of the conference was the action planning. We all described about what would help with situations inside of school. We all shared ideas and raised awareness to what people have suffered from.’
