Already got a user name: Search “Directory Information Service” and find Log in here:

Who to contact? NSS Customer Support Desk Phone: What to ask for: “LDAP password/username for Tableau” – they will know where to send this request Don’t ask for: “Password/username for Photonet dashboard” – Photonet is one of many dashboards and the IT teams don’t know anything about them!

Using the dashboard for improvement
If you identify an area for improvement– what improvement measures can be taken? Using Improvement Methodology to implement changes - PDSA cycles Revisiting the dashboard to show that changes have resulted in improvement.

Example: Waiting Times Health Boards using Photonet data to improve the photophototherapy service in their areas: Increased opening hours Increased number of cabinets Additional staff New treatment centres Eventually showing reduction in waiting times.

Example Increased Localised Erythema rates -Reviewing your own data Understanding the issue (eg. new members of staff grading erythema rates slightly differently) Education provided on grading erythema episodes. Reviewing outcome data OR reviewing units treatment protocols/regimens.
