Activation status of NK cells is associated with therapeutic effects of TKIs. PBMCs from CML patients were cocultured with HLA class I–deficient K562 cells for 6 hours, and CD107a degranulation and intracellular IFNγ release from NK cells were analyzed by flow cytometry (E:T ratio 10:1).
