Objective Transferring experience, knowledge, and skill of previous KPC & Subsidiaries experts to employees. Develop employees’ skills and competencies. Sharing of experience based knowledge. Establish high talent employee in the oil sectors. Exchanged lesson learnt between lecturers and employee.

Introduction (Challenge)
Most talent seniors, senior management groups and leaders have been retired and others are now of retirement age. New employees do not have depth in their jobs and they will be in a position for promotions to close the vacancies and may handle critical positions such as in planning, projects, safety , operations, maintenace,finance..etc. Recent developments in Oil Sectors lead to a need for sessions and training for employees to obtain the knowledge and advanced skills required to ensure they perform efficiently in their jobs and be able to manage with safety in all fields.

Proposal (Solution) Competent, skilled, and experienced retired and existing employees in Oil Sectors to be identified. Their availability will be segregated in consultation with the concerned (retired) employee or their parent Teams (Existing Employee). Their lecture for a short period will be planned based on the training needs in various areas. The Materials and Handouts will be provided to the lecturer as a guide during the presentation. Motivations will be provided to boost their morale and willingness to continue teaching.

Added Value Availability of competent, and experienced Instructors within KPC and Subsidiaries. Enhance the hands-on skills of employees and being trained focusing on knowledge and advanced skills required to ensure they perform efficiently in their jobs . Equal sharing of experience based knowledge amongst KPC and Subsidiaries. Exchange of lesson learned between lecturers and employees. Highly “Cost effective” and “Practice” oriented, rather than theoretical like external trainers.
