I have a Risk Register with 30 risks, 10 of which are red.

What we often see is a lot of companies run their projects with three different groups of people, doing three pieces of work in three disparate tools:
Planners/Schedulers focussed on time and working in P6, MSP etc
Cost Estimators focussed on cost and working in Excel or specialist estimating tools

With all three working in silos it becomes impossible to answer simple questions from a management/executive perspective:
