Introduction God is majestic & great ! Omniscient, omni-potent, omnipresent! Great knowledge and/or great power does not necessarily make one great and majestic. God is great and majestic because His omniscience and omnipotence are ruled by His infinite wisdom : Job 12:13; 36:5; Dan. 2:20; Rom. 16:25, 27

Introduction True biblical wisdom links intelligence and shrewdness to the right motive! “Wisdom is the power to see, and the inclination to choose, the best and highest goal, together with the surest means of attaining it. Wisdom is, in fact, the practical side of moral goodness. As such, it is found in its fullness only in God. He alone is naturally and entirely and invariably wise.” (J. I. Packer, Knowing God, p. 90) Definition of wisdom: 3 key words… sophia: wisdom (spiritual or worldly). sunesis: “understanding, intelligence,” “suggests quickness of apprehension, the penetrating consideration which precedes action.” (1 Cor. 1:19). phronesis: “understanding, prudence,” i.e., a right use of phren, “the mind,” (“wisdom” in Lk. 1:17). Biblical wisdom is more than intelligence, knowledge, shrewdness or craftiness.
