Minimum Safety Expectations for Contractors
12 Expectations – (Released 2014) understood, communicated and supported Whenever unsafe, or unclear how to do the task, no work is to be performed Life Saving Rules are followed AT ALL TIMES Golden Safety Rules understood and followed The principles of Actively Caring are understood and practiced The principles of No Confrontation are implemented The activities defined as Higher Risk Work are known, and these work activities always include the completion of the appropriate Higher Risk Checklist(s) Last Risk Minute Assessments are conducted prior to and throughout work activity A written Job Safety Analysis is reviewed prior to beginning a work activity Regularly scheduled Loss Prevention / Alert Observations are performed The requirements of the Worker Certification Program will be implemented A Job Clearance Form is completed on all work activities at open sites 12. Report all Incidents, First Aids, and Near Misses timely, to the appropriate OSP, to ExxonMobil, and to the appropriate government agencies as required © 2015 Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions

Site Induction Mobil Retail Welcome to Mobil Oil New Zealand Retail - M&R (Maintenance and Repair) We want to ensure you have a safe visit to site and the job is completed to the highest quality. To achieve this please ensure you follow this guidance and fully complete the required documentation. When to Use Important: Use with applicable JSAs, Higher Risk Checklists Complete this form for every job, every day for work at sites which are fully or partially open for business Do not begin work unless you understand and can comply with the Life Saving Rules and Golden Safety Rules Evaluate whether any Higher Risk work can be eliminated by using alternate methods STOP if not clear how to do the work BEFORE work begins Use back of form if more space is required Done 1. Review JSA / Start the Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA) Process 2. Any additional site/job hazards, not described in the JSA, have been assessed and documented below 3. PPE available to use as per JSA / LMRA requirements Sign In: Discuss with Site Operator / Representative Done 4. Planned work activity and actions to address any potential safety concerns related to store operations 5. Any expected events that may impact work e.g. fuel deliveries / shift changes 6. Barricading / work area protection 7. What to do in case of an emergency Contractor Responsible Person Name: Initials: Site Representative Time: Sign Out: Discuss with Site Operator / Representative Done 8. Work activity status e.g. work is complete or requires follow-up, any equipment changes 9. Work area is restored to safe condition 10. Any Critical Safety Device (CSD) that remains out of service.
